TXChef.com brings to you a chef with over 25 years of gourmet cooking experience! Chef Bill is a native Texan, yet creates magnificent culinary masterpieces from his journeys all over the world. His specialties include the worldly flavors of Germany, France, Italy, North, South and Central America, Asia and Greece. Oh, and lets not forget his training as a Sushi Chef by some of North America's finest!
Chef Bill has been featured on the cable network "Food for Thought", and has provided catering services to many well-known celebrities including Burt Reynolds, Zig Ziglar and the late Mary Kay Ash. Chef Bill has created small elegant dinner parties and major events including a Crawfish Boil attended by 1500 people! Fresh ingredients and quality presentation make Chef Bill a well sought after culinary talent.
Food safety is another specialty concern for Chef Bill. As a certified instructor for the National Education Foundation and the State of Texas, Chef Bill has taught hundreds of restaurant managers in food safety requirements over his career.
