Spinach Lasagna – A 9”x12” dish layered with fresh spinach, carrots, onion, a creamy Alfredo sauce, Ricotta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses, Italian herbs and Lasagna noodles. Serves 9 adults as a dinner course or 12 lunch servings. $37.50

Chicken Enchiladas – A 9”x12” dish with tender bites of chicken, onion, jalapeno peppers and cheeses rolled in corn tortillas and topped with a creamy, south-of-the-border tomato based sauce. Serves 6 adults as a dinner or lunch course. $27.50

Stuffed Pork Tenderloins – Two, lean and juicy pork tenderloins stuffed with fresh spinach, feta cheese, and pine nuts. Sophisticatedly seasoned, baked to perfection, and topped with a Sherry Shallot wine sauce. Serves 6 adults as a dinner or lunch course. $37.50

Mexican Fiesta Casserole – A 9”x12” dish loaded with fresh ground sirloin, onion, Rotel tomatoes, green chiles, pinto beans, torn flour tortillas, and a rich creamy sauce. Topped with cheese. Serves 9 adults as a dinner course or 12 lunch servings. $37.50

Mexicana Breakfast Casserole – A 9”x12” dish layered with pork sausage, torn corn tortillas, onion, bell pepper, green chiles, and cheddar cheese and coated with a fresh egg and sour cream mixture. Topped with picante sauce. Serves 9 adults as a dinner course or 12 lunch servings. $27.50

Ham and Asparagus Frittata – A 9”x12” dish with chopped smoked ham, fresh asparagus, onion and spices in a creamy Dijon egg mixture. Serves 9 adults as a dinner course or 12 lunch servings. $27.50

Holiday Brunch Special – A 9”x12” dish loaded with pork sausage, fresh white bread, and cheddar cheese, baked in a creamy mushroom egg mixture and topped with more cheese. Serves 9 adults as a dinner course or 12 lunch servings. $27.50

Orders will be delivered Monday through Thursday with 24 hours notice during the month of December. Delivery outside of our normal delivery areas will incur a delivery charge. Orders over $100.00 will qualify for a FREE Brunch Casserole of your choice!
