With Texas Chef Foods as your Personal Chef you can enjoy our Spa Cuisine menu in the comfort of your own home. You custom design your meals to meet your needs and the needs of your family.
Simply make your selections from our list of freshly prepared entrée’s and side dishes. Choose the number of portions you need and then select either our 7-day or 14-day package. Each entrée and side are freshly prepared, then individually packaged and frozen for your convenience.
Your personal choices will be delivered to your home frozen. When you are ready to eat…remove the entrée and side item from your freezer, follow the simple heating instructions, add a fresh salad and your favorite beverage and ….

You can get your selected combination of...
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin –
Fresh Spinach, Feta Cheese and Pine Nuts are stuffed into a tender Pork Loin. Seasoned and baked to perfection.. A Sherry Shallot Wine sauce glazes the top.
Baked Greek Tilapia –
A filet of farm-raised, Fresh Fish, topped with finely chopped Tomato, Onion, and Green Olives. Seasoned with White Wine, fresh Breadcrumbs and Greek seasonings and lightly broiled.
Balsamic Chicken –
Fresh Rosemary, Garlic and Spices marinate this Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast overnight. The next day it is roasted and finished with White Wine and Balsamic Vinegar.
Bombay Style Tilapia –
Indian Spices blended in Yogurt are used to marinate this light White Fish filet before baking to a unique golden color.
Chicken Capri –
Garlic sautéed Chicken Breast topped with an Italian blend of Ricotta Cheese, Spices, crushed Tomatoes, and Mozzarella Cheese. Then elegantly baked.
Chicken en Papillote –
Seasoned Chicken Breast and a mixture of Zucchini,
Carrots, Scallions, Tarragon, and Orange zest are tightly wrapped in cornhusks. All of the flavors steam together to create a wonderful dish!
Five Spice Salmon –
Fresh Salmon filet seasoned with Chinese Five-Spice
powder, Ginger, fresh Lime peel and juice. An intensely flavored dish! Served atop fresh wilted Spinach after being
charbroiled. ~Fresh Mahi-Mahi can be substituted.
Flank Steak Cabernet –
Lean, Choice grade Beef, marinated overnight in Cabernet Sauvignon, Soy Sauce, and a blend of Spices, before being charbroiled on the grill.
Gingered Chicken Breast –
Fresh grated Ginger, Garlic, and Lemon Juice coat the Chicken before being seared. A light dish stuffed with flavor and aroma.
Grilled Salmon with Rosemary –
A fresh Salmon filet seasoned with fresh Rosemary, Garlic,
Lemons, and Spices. Grilled over hot coals and garnished with Capers
Italian Meatloaf –
Sun-dried Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese, and a rich blend of Italian Herbs and Spices make this lean ground Beef dish
absolutely delectable!
Marinated Flank Steak –
Lean, Choice grade Flank Steak, marinated overnight in Balsamic Vinegar, Capers, Fresh Oregano, Garlic, Red Onion and Spices. Charbroiled to a wonderful flavor!
Sage and Rosemary Pork –
A center Loin Pork Roast is seasoned and stuffed with fresh Sage, Rosemary, Garlic, Dijon Mustard and Spices, Tied and Roasted. Very tender and juicy!
Stir Fry Chicken and Vegetables –
Fresh slices of Chicken Breast tossed in Asian oils and Soy Sauce with Spinach and a combination of Oriental Vegetables, then seared in a Wok.. It’s a meal on its own!

Roasted Cabbage with Bacon –
A large wedge of Green Cabbage is lightly oiled and topped with Chopped Bacon before being roasted. Sprinkled with Red wine vinegar and fresh sea salt to invoke a hearty flavor!
Cheesy Baked Artichokes –
Artichoke Hearts smothered in Pecans, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic and Italian seasonings, baked until golden.
Zucchini Ribbons with Dill –
Thin slices of fresh Zucchini Squash, blanched, then coated with Parmesan Cheese, and fresh Dill. And given a kick with Red Pepper flakes!
Orange Ginger Green Beans –
Tender whole Green Beans tossed with sautéed Shallots, Ginger and Orange Peel.
Brussels Sprouts with Cream Cheese & Almonds –
Fresh Brussels Sprouts coated with Cream Cheese, Nutmeg, and Spices, and then sprinkled with Toasted Almonds.
Oven Roasted Vegetables –
Zucchini, Summer Squash, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Asparagus, and Red Onion. Tossed in sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then roasted until brown and tender.
Nutty Summer Squash with Asiago Cheese –
Zucchini and Yellow Summer Squash, simmered in a lightly spiced chicken broth. Topped with toasted Walnuts and shredded Asiago Cheese.
